We explored evidence that reports the prevalence, risk factors, and management of back pain in athletes, and we discussed strategies for prevention in rehabilitation programmes and factors to consider and a framework for rehabilitation of the athlete with sport related back pain.

This webinar explored the practical application of clinical exercise physiology in designing and delivering group exercise classes for middle-aged and older adults, including those living with chronic conditions. The session also introduced AgeWell—an Erasmus+ funded, freely available 8-week online multimodal exercise and health education programme for adults across Europe. This may be a useful resource for fitness and other professionals who work with this population.
