The FAI Datathon, run with TU Dublin on 29 and 30 October, gives students and early-career analysts two days with real FAI tracking data and a real problem set by the FAI Performance Support team.
Mentors come from the Premier League, La Liga, the Bundesliga and clubs in Sweden, Norway, the US, Brazil and Saudi Arabia, as well as the FAI, the IRFU, Kitman Labs, Orreco and StatSports.
It is free and no coding is needed.
The strongest work can be developed further with the FAI, the top three teams win prizes, and everyone receives a certificate from the FAI and TU Dublin.
You will also be helping to create an advantage for Irish football.
